For routine transfers within Canberra Metro area, cancellations are free with 1 hour notice provided. Where less than 1 hour notice is provided, the fare price will apply.

For Luxury Wine Tour Hire & other As Directed bookings, cancellations are free when greater than 24 hours notice (prior to commencement of service) is provided. Where less than 24 hours notice is provided, the fare for the booked service will apply.

A free waiting time of 10 minutes applies for all transfers. International flight arrivals benefit from a free waiting time of 30 minutes.

As we hold ourselves to a high standard of timeliness for all clients, long delays may impact our ability to reschedule a transfer. In these rare circumstances we will keep you informed and make the very best arrangements possible.
